Questions about pricing
Do these prices include VAT?
No. Every figure is in pounds and excludes VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
Are these prices fixed?
Fixed prices are fixed. Ranges move with scope, and a short scoping call turns them into one written quote.
What does the yearly view show?
Twelve monthly payments added together, so you can compare a year at a glance. It is not a separate annual price.
What is Lucasia ONE?
Lucasia ONE is the only product we sell as a software subscription. It does the routine work for you, such as email, invoices and follow ups, and only asks when a person must decide.
What happens if we need more users?
Each plan includes a number of users. Extra users are £25 a month on Team, £22 on Business and £18 on Mid-market.
How do capacity plans work?
You buy a monthly block of engineering days instead of hiring contractors. There is a 3 month minimum, and unused days roll over for 1 month.
Can we pay for a project monthly?
Yes. Paying monthly adds 10% to the project price and spreads it over 12 months.
Are cloud, AI model and email licence costs included?
No. Cloud, AI model usage and email licences are passed on at the provider's price.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are on request.
