Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging Lucasia services, you agree to these terms and the associated privacy commitments.
Eligibility and lawful use
Users must have legal capacity to engage services and must use this site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Scope of services
Lucasia provides web and app engineering, safe AI implementation, consultancy, maintenance, onsite production via The Quiet Fox, and Foundry Fox SaaS workflow services as agreed per project.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lucasia retains ownership of pre-existing materials, methods, and tooling. Client deliverables transfer according to project contract terms.
Fees and invoicing
Project fees are communicated before delivery starts. Payments are due according to invoice terms or agreed milestone schedules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lucasia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site usage or service delivery.
Warranties and third-party services
Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. Third-party platforms, tools, and content remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Privacy and data handling
Lucasia follows privacy practices aligned with the referenced policy framework: limited collection, lawful use, security controls, and no sale of personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless an executed client contract states otherwise.
